I do agree with you an extent but boxing takes far more skill and finesse than MMA. I realize those guys are talented and possess knowledge and skills in many different fighting styles but it is more about brute force than skill. Put them in the ring with Mr. Ali (in the past) a set of gloves and few rules to follow and they'd be hitting the mat.
I still love owning my own home. I think right now with the economy it would be easier to rent. IF we didn't buy our home when we did we probably wouldn't have it. I just can't see paying for something that you can't do anything to. When we rented we couldn't even get a dog, I don't like someone to tell me what to do in my own house.
Dr Oz is definitely more informative but Dr Phil is the man because he helps his guests in any way he can, whether its rehab, child care, education, etc... He is the man, but is a bit loopy.
I don't even want to say what I'm paying in rent - but the trade off is a substantial income boost which outweighs the negatives. I will say that I plan on making an investment into a home in the not so distant future because I hate thinking that I'm paying a bill rather than making an investment.
BigT, Unfortunately the man card was revoked a long time ago. I tried to re-apply and was denied because I refused to stop watching Ellen and American Idol.
