Alternative energy is 20-30 years out. Drilling oil is -10 years out. You want relief now, drill the oil and continue A.E. development. And we are going to need oil for quite some time.

If you love trees then move to Alaska's ANWR region and live there, oh wait there are no trees up there...don't want to live there, then why not drill.

Even a better solution is to use coal gasification. We have more then enough coal.

And those pushing batteries should check out battery plants and see how environmentally friendly there are. Those are just as toxic is not more so then any oil.

Screw alternative energy. We have enough oil to be drilled but the pinko liberals won't let us!
